Every month we select premium imported or domestic artisan cheeses. Our subscribers can select 3, 4 or 5 cheese subscriptions per month. We carefully cut, package and ship directly to your door. Our club members will receive about a third of a pound per cheese with each delivery along with a description and some information on why we made our selection. We are constantly searching for new cheeses, as well as the best representation of the classics, to add to our cheese case. We are excited about sharing our finds with our club members.
Prepay & Save: Our Autopilot Subscribers can elect to prepay for 6 month and save 10% or 12 months and save 15%.
Gift Subscription: Autopilot Subscriptions make a wonderful gift. Choose the gift option and have your recipient's cheese deliver directly to their door each month.
Start period: We ship our cheese on the last Monday of the month. The cut off date is the 22nd of every month. Subscriptions received after the cut off date will begin the following month. Delayed starts can be accommodated.
Weighing: We slice our cheeses to order. While this is the best way to ensure freshness, it is an inexact art. Variation in weight should be expected for each shipment, as well as, each selection of cheese. We will monitor and adjust weights to balance our shipments and provide the best value to our members. On average, members should expect about a third of a pound per cheese with each delivery.
Shipping: We ship 1-2 day priority to IA, IL, MI, MN, MO and WI. Cheeses are selected based on their tolerance for shipping. Each shipment is packaged in an insulated mailer with cold packs. Breathable cheese wrap is included along with instructions.
