This is a grill master's dream!  All the flavors you could ever want to create the ultimate BBQ. Smokiness, a hint of sweet, a note of citrus and a subtle burst of heat. A spice blend that will surely make you King or Queen of the Grill.


Uses: Sprinkle on "as-is" for a dry rub or combine with your liquid of choice for a wet rub. Delicious on steak, brisket, burgers and chicken wings. Mix a couple tablespoons with ketchup, olive oil and Worcestershire for a bright, zingy barbecue sauce.


Ingredients: Unrefined sea salt, honey powder, Italian herb blend, black pepper, paprka, onion, parsley


Peach BBQ Meatballs



1 lb ground beef


1 cup onion, finely chopped


1 egg


½ cup panko bread crumbs


¼ cup whole milk


¼ cup freshly ground black pepper


1 tsp sea salt


Preheat oven to 400°.  Mix all ingredients in a bowl and shape into 1-inch balls.  Place in an ungreased 13 x 9  inch pan.  Bake uncovered about 15-20 minutes, turning once.


Peach BBQ Sauce:


2 cups peach preserves


½ cup whisky


2-3 tsp s.a.l.t. sisters All Purpose BBQ Rub & Seasoning


Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.  Add meatballs, gently stirring to coat them with the sauce, them simmer an additional 5 minutes.
