the Spagnol family carries out all the wine-making procedure. Every cluster is cared for on the vine, harvested by hand, and accompanied along its way to the bottle.

The entire vinification procedure is monitored internally, including the sparkling process according to the Martinotti method, ageing, and bottling. Moreover, they directly manage the distribution of  wines throughout Europe and worldwide. The development of a sustainable cultivation of vineyards has always been of the utmost importance.

This is why, together with universities and research centres, they have initiated a mass selection process, thanks to which recover the best stock of the oldest vines to create the plants for the new vineyards. they selected this traditional reproduction method because it enables them to bring healthy plants to life, plants that are perfectly suited to the environment and so capable of guaranteeing high-quality grapes that express the character of the territory.
