Samuel Gelston’s 5 Year Old Single Malt, a rich, premium Single Malt, finished in ex-sherry casks for a full bodied nose, developing in to bold fruit cake notes and a lingering finish. A delicious whiskey served neat, or stirred down in to a premium cocktail serve such as a Manhattan.
COLOR: Dark gold
NOSE: Hints of Christmas pudding spice, heavy cream and freshly picked blackcurrants
PALATE: Subtle orange citrus and dried fruit alongside fuller fruit cake and spice balance with notes of Sherry and oak
FINISH: Bold, creamy and full in the mouth with a lovely, fruity lingering finish making you want to sip it again and again
