USINGER'S

This is the traditional German-style “hunter” sausage. Carefully crafted using very coarsely ground pork and beef. Seasoning with garlic, spices and caraway seed give these semi-dried links a hearty, authentic flavor. Slowly smoked over hardwood slabs in Usinger's old-fashioned brick smokehouses for days brings out the essential flavors. Hanging for days finishes the old world process. The woodsy smoked aroma combined with the perfect seasoning makes this an exceptional product. Usinger's Founder, Fred Usinger would be just as proud of Landjaeger today as he was three generations ago. Shipping Cheese

We ship cheese using UPS Monday through Wednesday in insulated packages. UPS 2 Day Air is recommended to shipments to states not boarding Illinois.

Shipping Wine (Illinois Only)

We ship wine to Illinois Residents Only, UPS Adult Signature in required. Wine shipments require special packaging and therefore will likely be shipped separate from other items purchased.

Local Pick Up & Delivery

Local Pick Up is available for all items and can be selected at check out. Most items will be available same day. Cheese trays and other prepared items will could require extra time. Delivery is available, but could be limited at times due to staffing.
