Producer Notes

From Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes we obtain this nectar with bright ruby-colored reflections. Fresh and savory on the palate, it has a long fruity finish.

From our own vineyards located in the hilly area (approx. 400 m asl) of Campiano (fraction of Cazzano di Tramigna – Verona) falling within the Valpolicella DOC area.

The harvest, exclusively manual, begins in October and all the grapes are harvested separately in boxes of no more than 20 kg. After pressing, fermentation takes place at a temperature between 25° and 28° for 10-12 days, with pumping over three times a day for about 15-20 minutes. The conservation and maturation of the wine takes place in steel for about four months.

With young grace, the wine has a very pleasant note of red fruit, cherries and black cherry, leaving elegant hints of spices.

Harmonious, full, velvety and slightly tannic wine.

We ship cheese using UPS Monday through Wednesday in insulated packages. UPS 2 Day Air is recommended to shipments to states not boarding Illinois.

Shipping Wine (Illinois Only)

We ship wine to Illinois Residents Only, UPS Adult Signature in required. Wine shipments require special packaging and therefore will likely be shipped separate from other items purchased.

Local Pick Up & Delivery

Local Pick Up is available for all items and can be selected at check out. Most items will be available same day. Cheese trays and other prepared items will could require extra time. Delivery is available, but could be limited at times due to staffing.
