La Boutanche

A generous-sized Corsican Island red wine, crafted from Grenache with a touch of Niellucciu (a Sangiovese clonal variety), is the result of a partnership between Selection Massale and Corsican winemaker Thomas Santamaria. This vibrant red blend is bursting with dark berry flavors, lively acidity, and soft tannins.
Corsica, a small island that is technically French yet distinct in its own right, reflects its unique isolation in various aspects like the Curso language, local cuisine, and notably in Santamaria's organic farming practices that were never influenced by mass production trends from the late 70s. The labels were artistically designed by Milena Bucholz, a Paris-based artist who also created our 2020 poster.
The La Boutanche range is a joint effort with Selection Massale to offer reasonably priced natural wines.

Shipping Cheese

We ship cheese using UPS Monday through Wednesday in insulated packages. UPS 2 Day Air is recommended to shipments to states not boarding Illinois.

Shipping Wine (Illinois Only)

We ship wine to Illinois Residents Only, UPS Adult Signature in required. Wine shipments require special packaging and therefore will likely be shipped separate from other items purchased.

Local Pick Up & Delivery

Local Pick Up is available for all items and can be selected at check out. Most items will be available same day. Cheese trays and other prepared items will could require extra time. Delivery is available, but could be limited at times due to staffing.
