Baldauf Wildflower comes with fine herbs and flowers. The complete cheese loaf gets rolled in the mixture, that sticks to its natural, eatable rind. Some extra ripening gives cheese and rind a wonderful, flowery aroma.

We ship cheese using UPS Monday through Wednesday in insulated packages. UPS Next Day or 2 Day Air is recommended for shipments to states not boarding Illinois.

Cut, Wrap & Receiving

All our orders are sliced by hand and wrapped in breathable cheese wrap. Slicing cheese is an inexact art. Weights are approximate and will vary. To ensure optimal condition upon delivery, we employ Koldtogo Extreme Cube Insulated Shipping Liners and no sweat gel ice packs. Cheese should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival

Fulfilment

To maintain quality, our cheese inventory is constantly refreshing. We cannot guarantee that a cheese is in stock at a quantity sufficient to fill an order. Orders for out of stock or limited quantities will be notified, substitutions recommended and purchases partially or wholly refunded if necessary.
