Carr Valley Cheese Company, owned by the Cook family for over a century, is a traditional cheese plant in central Wisconsin. They are renowned for their old-fashioned cheese-making methods. Snow White Goat Cheddar Cheese, is a creamy goat's milk cheddar that is clothbound and cave-aged for six months, allowing for the development of complex, earthy flavors.

We ship cheese using UPS Monday through Wednesday in insulated packages. UPS Next Day or 2 Day Air is recommended for shipments to states not boarding Illinois.

Cut, Wrap & Receiving

All our orders are sliced by hand and wrapped in breathable cheese wrap. Slicing cheese is an inexact art. Weights are approximate and will vary. To ensure optimal condition upon delivery, we employ Koldtogo Extreme Cube Insulated Shipping Liners and no sweat gel ice packs. Cheese should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival

Fulfilment

To maintain quality, our cheese inventory is constantly refreshing. We cannot guarantee that a cheese is in stock at a quantity sufficient to fill an order. Orders for out of stock or limited quantities will be notified, substitutions recommended and purchases partially or wholly refunded if necessary.
