Goat Rodeo Farm & Dairy is a 130 acre family owned farm located near Pittsburgh Pa in northern Allegheny County. They have a herd of more than 100 alpine and nubian dairy goats and bring in cow’s milk from le-ara farms to make a variety of fresh and aged cheeses using traditional techniques for artisan cheese production.

A bold and flavorful mixed milk cheddar style hand-rubbed with espresso. Pairs beautifully with beer.

Minimum Order of $25 required to ship cheese (excluding shipping and taxes), thank you for your understanding

We ship cheese using UPS Monday through Wednesday in insulated packages. UPS Next Day or 2 Day Air is recommended for shipments to states not boarding Illinois.

Cut, Wrap & Receiving

All our orders are sliced by hand and wrapped in breathable cheese wrap. Slicing cheese is an inexact art. Weights are approximate and will vary. To ensure optimal condition upon delivery, we employ Koldtogo Extreme Cube Insulated Shipping Liners and no sweat gel ice packs. Cheese should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival

Fulfilment

To maintain quality, our cheese inventory is constantly refreshing. We cannot guarantee that a cheese is in stock at a quantity sufficient to fill an order. Orders for out of stock or limited quantities will be notified, substitutions recommended and purchases partially or wholly refunded if necessary.
